What apartments can I rent?
One-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom suites are listed as available. No three-bedroom suites are currently vacant. Contact leasing for current availability.
Are utilities included?
A flat $45/month is charged on top of rent for ALL unit types, covering domestic hot water, water, and sewer service. Electricity is separate, on the tenant’s own BC Hydro account.
